Rules

All of them. It is a leaderboard where the ranking is bought, and the list below is the entire mechanic.

1. 01

   Rank is money, nothing else

   The board sorts by the total dollars behind a handle, highest first. There is no algorithm, no engagement score, no editorial pick.

2. 02

   Whole US dollars only

   Minimum $5, maximum $999,999, no cents. Every payment goes through Stripe.

3. 03

   Payments stack on a handle

   Pay again on the same Instagram handle and the amounts add up. You never re-buy your history — to pass someone you only cover the gap.

4. 04

   Taking #1

   First place goes to the highest total. To be listed above the current leader you need at least $5 more than their total.

5. 05

   Ties go to whoever got there first

   Two handles on the same total stay in the order the money arrived. The older entry keeps the higher rank.

6. 06

   Nothing expires

   Your listing stays up for as long as the site does. Positions are not rented by the day, week or month, and there is no subscription to cancel.

7. 07

   No refunds

   Being outbid is the product working as described, not a fault. Payments are final once Stripe confirms them.

8. 08

   No account, ever

   There is no signup, no password and no dashboard. Your handle is your identity here; whoever pays for it moves it.

9. 09

   What can be listed

   Public Instagram handles. Anything illegal, sexual content involving minors, impersonation of another person, or content that would get the site removed from Stripe will be taken down without refund.

10. 10

    The site can remove a listing

    Rare, but it happens: fraud, chargebacks, or the line above. A removed listing forfeits its position and its money.
