Terms of Service

1. 01The service

   Instabids analyzes the Instagram professional accounts you connect and gives you data-based recommendations, analyses and content drafts. It reads data through Instagram's official API with your permission and never acts on your Instagram account (no posting, liking, following, commenting or messaging).

2. 02No guaranteed results

   Recommendations are based on your past performance and are provided as guidance. We do not guarantee any number of followers, reach or other outcome. Estimates are labelled as estimates.

3. 03Your account

   You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.

   You may only connect Instagram accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

4. 04Acceptable use

   You agree not to:

   • use Instabids to buy or fake followers or engagement, spam, or break Instagram's or Meta's terms;
   • scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service, or bypass its limits;
   • use generated content for anything unlawful, deceptive or infringing.

5. 05Plans, billing and cancellation

   Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record and handles taxes. You can cancel anytime from Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Credits included with a plan are for use in the service and have no cash value. Prices are shown before you pay and may change with notice for future periods.

6. 06Your content and data

   You keep all rights to your content and data. You grant us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Content drafts we generate for you are yours to use.

7. 07Third-party services

   Instabids depends on Instagram's API. Instabids is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. If Meta changes or restricts its API, some features may change or stop working.

8. 08Termination

   You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. 09Disclaimer and liability

   The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. 10Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

11. 11Changes and contact

    We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to signed-in users before they take effect. Questions: hello@instabids.lol.
